The accommodation has WIFI throughout, is finished to the highest standard, and includes the following: –

The Marsh Room

With both comfy sofas and large family dining table means you can enjoys panoramic views across the garden and over to the ever changing marshes, you can choose either to watch the sailing and fishing boats heading out with the tide or alternatively admire the roosting geese and wading birds at sunset. There is also a Bose music system to enjoy.

The Snug

Features a solid fuel fire, Smart TV and DVD player. The Snug was refurbished in 2016 to provide a cosy family room and extra space for the children to play!

The Kitchen

A large farmhouse style fitted kitchen/breakfast room with lovely exposed timbers. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and includes Eyelevel Oven and Hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Decorated through out in a charming nautical theme.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The 3 separate bedrooms sleep us to 6 guests in a double and 2 x twin bedrooms. All linen, towels and mattress toppers are of a high quality to enable the best nights sleep following a busy day exploring the North Norfolk Coastline.

The recently modernised upstairs bathroom has a bath, basin, WC and shower plus heated towel rails. Windows provide an incredible view to Scolt Head Island and the sea beyond.

A separate downstairs WC and second electric shower ensure hot water at all times.

Little people catered for with travel cot, high Chair and stair gates upon request.

Outside

The cottage has a large, well-fenced garden with green lawns stretching down to the coastal path providing plenty of room for children and dogs to let off steam!

There is a hose by the back door for the washing down of muddy paws and marsh monsters! The cottage has plenty of off road, secure parking and room for boats as well.

Two separate seating areas offer the opportunity to sit in the garden and watch the setting sun in comfort. A barbecue is also provided.
